Biography

Michael Mawuena Baccah is the President of the Project Management Department at Intrepid Housing Solutions, where he applies his extensive expertise in architecture and urban planning to lead transformative housing projects. Michael’s journey began with his deep interest in creating aesthetically pleasing buildings, a passion nurtured through his academic and professional experiences.

 

Educated at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Michael earned both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture, with his graduate studies focusing on the integration of sustainable development principles into architecture. His thesis explored the potentials of kinetic architecture, reflecting his innovative approach to urban challenges.

 

Michael’s professional experience includes significant roles at Spaysis Architecture Planning & Engineering and Sayarch + Partners, where he specialized in residential and mixed-use projects, emphasizing sustainable design and community-focused urban planning. His work has consistently demonstrated a commitment to integrating sustainable design principles into all projects to ensure environmentally friendly and community-oriented outcomes.
